tengok tuh,tajuk entry kemain simple.....malas nak pikir,
da masa nak tido, tp nak nulih gak psl treat neh.
nie pasal prob streamyx haku yg dak setel2 lgik..... tension wooo....
cite sal tenet2 nie panjang...mls beno nak nulih sume skali..
so aku pendek kan cite....

aku ms tuh kat kg, blk dr kg..aku xtahu hujung pangkal,
teros  anguk2,bile roomate aku cite...
aku xnak salahkan sesape.. misunderstanding disini ea,

ngn lbey lanjut pe yg blaku [sbb da konfident ngn ap yg aku dgr-padahal slh]
xpe lah...bnde da jdk kan, aku xnk pn korek2 cite da lapuk neh
yg aku nk cite skang neh...psl TM, bkn sal miunderstanding
or kisah2 lam rumah okey!!

g tm...tnye2 sal neh, she just give some advice without
a trace of smile on her face, lps ckp2 ap yg patut
kne buat..aku blk lam keadaan blur,
lam hati membebe...mcm mls layan org je...
nie yg mls nk g tm point neh!!!

lam bln 12 aku dpt call dr TM, bhagian billing...
so aku pn..bla2, menegakkan ap yg patut.
then she said, ok..dia akn wat report, ke bhagian tenikal what so eva lah kan
after that, dpt lg call dr bhgian billing,
aku yg xphm sal proceeding TM neh, just ulang blk la
bnd yg aku ckp kt pompuan sblm neh.
dia kte ok...akn proceed ngn report n contact me again.
then, i ade ask if kne g tm point tok terminate dlu or what
dat girl said, tnggu proceeding slesai dlu, sbb nak clearkan bill.
i said ok lah...

aku pn tnggu lah................
smpai la last week, tgerak hati nak msj my fren
[bru keje kat tm]
dia check bill.. its 600 ++, wtf!!! ingt ritu da ckp sal nie
dia stop bill smpai situ je.still btambah lg???? damn btol!!!
tpn customer servis, a girl....lpa nama nye.
lps check2, dia ckp akn follow up wit the repot,
in 3 days tnggu lah org billing call.
senang kan keje dia????

ok..aku tnggu lg....
after 3 days, aku call lg....ckp ap yg patut,
dia tny btol ke bhagian billing, bkn bhagian tenikal ke??
adoyai...aku da bengang, aku call bhagian tenikal dorg pas kt bhagian neh
cik enon oiii!!!! nie da hangen neh!!!
pastu dia srh aku tnggu nak go through aku nye repot.
tnggu lg......
lama kot....nie go through ke mengeja...
aku  da baca segala jampi serapah da dlm ht!
suara da hangin da....then i realize, how helpful
she was, not like others.... aku kembali cool..

she said that, the rebate akn d proses bila teknikal
probs da setel n aku ley proceed tok relocate aku nye streamyx tuh
then,aku bg soalan mcm bdk sengal kat dia.
'cam ne nak taw teknikal probs da setel if da kne TOS [disekat smentara-my mber gtaw]
ap yg aku sgt2 tkejut, she said that on the both system my connection/line was ok
xde tos what so eva. erk....nie da pelik,
she asked me to check it and double comfirm it.
after that call back to proceed wit the rebate.
ngan kate lain, lps da check, n ok....dorg akn proses rebate tuh.
n aku ley relocate aku nye streamyx..

wahhh..girl u really helping me out.
n dia ckp...rebate aku tuh, ley di process,
cma kne pastikan teknkal da setel je. aku sgt2 thankful sbb ckp ngn
dia hr tuh....dia siap cite satu2 ap ak patut buat, n go through aku nye
report n settle my probs,  dia sgt bagus!!! aku double comfirm ngn dia
if aku mmg ley dpt dat rebate since umh aku mmg xde tenet, dia ckp...boley!
skng ngah tnggu aku comfirm kan teknikal probs da setel je.

erk...excited lak nulih, smpai x seda d panjang n asyk dok ulang bnde same
huhuhu....tp xdpt g check lg, cos my lovey kua ngn mber dia yg x bhati perut.
kol 8 mlm bru anta my lovey blk! isk3...da gtaw kot nak g shah alam!!!
pastuh pndai lak my lovey mntak maap, dpt kua ngn mber x hengat
kite ade keje penting....GERAM!!!!

owh ea....that girl y sgt2 membantu tu nama dia  NORMI
