the right way to eat your fruit

ramai yg suka mkn buah kan?? but are we ate it in the rite way??? hari tu tjumpa dis article kat opis....sebenarnye it was forwarded email, xtaw sape pnye..aku amek je wat blk. da bace2 baru taw... ap yg aku taw??? meh nk share ngn korg sume...heheeheh...dia entry sgt2 panjang taw but i hope korang ley bace smpai habis bcos it really informative..

we all think eating fruits mean just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. it;s not as easy as you think. it's important to know how and when to eat. so what is the correct way to eating fruits??

it means not eating fruits after your meal!! fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach
kte slalu makan buah lepas makan kan??? konon pencuci mulut la... pas diner mesti mak kite 
potong buah cantik2 susun lam pinggan pastu makan smbil tgk tv kan???
sebenarnya...it not the rite way to eat it...why??? meh sambung

when i eat durian my stomach bloats up,

actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on the empty stomach.
the fruit mixes with the purifying other food and
produces gas and hence you will bloat!!
ha...da taw da klo nape stiap kali mkn buah all this stuff happen???
hehehe...as for me, aku mmg mkn pisang for a breakfast pon..
becos ate pisang in the morning gud for ur weight management.
ok, it not like i'm on diet...msh makan mcm x de hr esok...
but as i state kat ats tuh...tok weight management!!!
so nak kekal kan..xnak dia btambah..
as if u ate pisang as breakfast, u can ate everything without 
worrying berat akn btambah..
erk!!!tp mkn pn beringat gak la..jgn 24hr dok menelan je,
mkn pisang 4 kati pn x jalan
